摘要
文章选择了三种适用于工业用电机转子端环焊接的钎料,通过验证各型钎料的润湿性、拉伸强度和剪切强度等焊接性能,选用适合钎焊的,且经济性、质量特性、操作性均优良的钎料进行推广应用.
Abstract
In this paper,three kinds of brazing metal suitable for the end ring welding of the industrial motor rotor are selected.By verifying the weld ability,tensile strength,shear strength and other welding performance of each type of brazing metal,the brazing metal that is suitable for brazing and has excellent economic performance,qual-ity characteristics,and operability is chosen for promotion and application.
