摘要
文章针对一台40 MW汽轮发电机定子压圈与齿压板压指之间存在间隙的问题,从零部件质量、波浪度和定位筋阻滞作用方面进行分析,并逐一验证.通过大规模的数据收集、整理、分析与验证,提出支撑环合缝处焊接应力收缩是导致压圈与齿压板压指间隙问题的根本原因.为了避免后续生产时再次发生此类问题,提出了具体处理与预防措施,有效提升了发电机的制造质量.
Abstract
Aiming at the problem of gap between the stator pressure ring and tooth plate pressure finger of a 40 MW turbine generator,the paper analyzes and verifies each of these problems in terms of component quality,waviness and blocking effect by the positioning rib.Through large-scale data collection,collation,analysis and verification,it is con-cluded that the welding stress shrinkage at the joint of the support ring is the root cause of the gap between the pres-sure ring and the tooth pressure plate.In order to prevent the recurrence of such problems in subsequent production,specific treatment and preventive measures are put forward,which effectively improve the manufacturing quality of the generator.
