摘要

某电厂660 MW汽轮发电机在检修时发现转子匝间绝缘劣化迹象.结合相关试验数据和运行记录,判断该转子存在匝间短路隐患.同时根据制造厂家建议和机组深度调峰的需求,对该发电机转子进行灵活性改造.

Abstract

During the maintenance of a 660 MW tur-bine generator in a power plant,signs of deterioration of ro-tor inter-turn insulation are found.Combined with relevant test data and operation records,it is judged that the rotor has inter-turn short-circuit hidden trouble.In addition,according to the recommendations of the manufacturer and the demand for depth peaking of the unit,a flexibility trans-formation is performed on the generator rotor.
