Diagnosis Analysis and Transformation Method of the Inter-turn Short-circuit Hidden Trouble in Rotor Windings of a 660 MW Turbine Generator
During the maintenance of a 660 MW tur-bine generator in a power plant,signs of deterioration of ro-tor inter-turn insulation are found.Combined with relevant test data and operation records,it is judged that the rotor has inter-turn short-circuit hidden trouble.In addition,according to the recommendations of the manufacturer and the demand for depth peaking of the unit,a flexibility trans-formation is performed on the generator rotor.
