随着双水内冷发电机和调相机的应用日趋广泛,进水支座区域的冷却水漏水是运维人员面对的主要问题之一.文章介绍了采用水封处红外测温、调节螺栓处设置码盘、开发专用检修工具等方式,保持双水内冷发电机在超过二十年的运行时间中未发生因进水支座区域漏水导致的跳机故障.相关方法对运维人员具有一定的借鉴作用.
Key Points Research on Operational Maintenance and Overhaul of the Water-inlet Supports in Internal Water Cooling Rotors
With the increasing application of double water internal cooling generators and condensers,the leak-age of cooling water in the inlet support area is one of the main problems faced by operation and maintenance person-nel.The article introduces such methods as using infrared temperature measurement at the water seal,setting a cod-ing disc at the adjusting bolt or developing the specialized maintenance tools to maintain the double water internal cooling generator operating for over 20 years without any shutdown fault due to water leakage in the inlet support area.The relevant methods have the significant reference for the operation and maintenance personnel.
