Analysis and Treatment Example of the Temperature Difference Fault of Turbine Generator Stator Coils
Based on the analysis and treatment of the stator coil temperature difference fault of a 300 MW class water-hydrogen-hydrogen turbine generator in a foreign power plant,the article expounds the phenomenon of stator coil temperature difference and unique temperature fluc-tuation caused by copper oxide deposition and blockage,and introduces the phenomenon and principle of copper corrosion and copper oxide deposition either.Aiming at the situation of stator coil blockage,a method of single branch purging in the stator coil under condition that the rotor not being pulled out in the generator is proposed,meanwhile,a glue injection plugging method is proposed so as to deal with the leakage problem of the stator coil nose end joint either.
