摘要

高温工况下使用的电机轴承润滑脂除需具备良好的高温润滑性能外,还需具备较好的综合性能,以保证轴承在宽温度范围内正常运转.论文构建了电机用高温润滑脂的性能评估方法,可多角度验证润滑脂的运用效果,并基于某款永磁电机工况验证润滑脂的高温和应用性能.验证表明,所选的润滑脂高温性能良好,但不适用于常温工况,高温润滑脂的选择应全面考虑轴承的运行工况.

Abstract

The grease used for motor bearings under high temperature conditions should not only have good high temperature lubricating properties but also possess excellent comprehensive performance to ensure the normal operation of the bearings in a wide temperature range.The paper con-structs a performance evaluation method for the high tem-perature grease used in motors,capable for verifying the ap-plication effect of the grease from multiple angles,further-more,the high-temperature and application performance of the grease are verified based on the working conditions of a certain permanent magnet motor.The verification shows that the selected grease has good high temperature perfor-mance but is not suitable for normal temperature conditions.The selection of high temperature grease should fully take the operating conditions of the bearings into account.
