摘要

对电机定子总成的机座止口与铁心内圆同轴度检测工装机构进行优化设计,新设计的工装机构操作简单快捷,不仅提高了检测效率,还大幅提高了测量精度,为电机装配的一次交检合格率提供了有效保障.

Abstract

The optimized design of the tooling mech-anism for the coaxiality detection between the motor base stop and the inner circle of the motor stator core is carried out.The newly designed tooling mechanism is simple and fast to operate,which not only improves the detection effi-ciency but also greatly enhances the measurement accuracy,to provide an effective guarantee for the qualified rate of the first inspection of the motor assembly.
