摘要

铸铝转子是交流异步电动机的主要部件之一,其质量对电动机的启动性能和运行性能影响很大.通过模流对铸铝转子的成型过程进行仿真,判断易困气点,并在该位置上增加排气槽,测试和验证结果证明,该方案能有效提高铸铝转子的质量.

Abstract

Cast aluminum rotor is one of the main components of the AC asynchronous motor and its quality has a great influence on the starting performance and oper-ating performance of the motor.The forming process of the cast aluminum rotor is simulated by the mold flow while the easy-trapped-gas point is judged and the exhaust groove is added to the position.The test and verification results show that the scheme effectively improves the quality of the cast aluminum rotor.
