车用驱动电机新型组合冷却方案的设计与应用

为满足汽车电气化对驱动电机高功率密度的需求,设计了一种机壳水冷与内循环油冷组合的新型冷却方案.对采用该冷却方案的电机关键零部件进行结构设计,并试制了试验样机.通过温升试验,确定了冷却油量,并验证了新型冷却方案在冷却效果及功率密度提升方面的有效性.
Design and Application of the New Combined Cooling Scheme for Vehicle Drive Motors
In order to meet the high power density requirements to the drive motors being required for automo-tive electrification,a new type of cooling scheme combining the casing water cooling with internal circulation oil cool-ing is designed.The key components of the motor using this cooling scheme are structurally designed and a prototype is manufactured.Through temperature rise tests,the cooling oil quantity is determined while the effectiveness of the new cooling method in the fields of improving cooling effect and increasing power density is verified.
