Structural Design and Its Analysis on the Motor Frame for Direct-Drive Circular Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors
Aiming at the characteristics of the gearless circular permanent magnet synchronous motor used in ball mill such as the large diameter to length ratio,multiple pole pairs and low speed,a kind of split-type stator frame struc-tural design method is introduced.Firstly,the main struc-tural dimensions of the motor frame are calculated based on the design scheme.Secondly,on the premise of ensuring the rigidity and strength of the overall structure,a parametric geometric model of the frame under fixed load is established by using the Creo Parametric software.Finally,the design is verified for feasibility and rationality through numerical simulation analysis by means of the Ansys Workbench finite element analysis software.
