Analysis and Treatment of Leakage Problems in the Assembling Sealing Structure of Conductor Rods of 1 750 MW Nuclear Power Turbine Generator Rotors
Aiming at the leakage problems in the as-sembling sealing structure of the conductor rod of the 1 750 MW nuclear power turbine generator rotor, the root cause of the sealing leakage is determined to be the mismatch of the thermal expansion coefficients of metal and non-metal components in the design of the conductor rod assembling sealing structure, leading to different degrees of expansion or contraction when the temperature changes,thus,form-ing a leakage path in the sealing structure.By calculating and analyzing the leakage situation during the operation of the unit, influence by the air leakage of the conductive rod assembly seal structure against the whole air tightness and operation of the unit is evaluated while measures for unit operation monitoring are formulated to ensure the daily safe and stable operation of the unit.
