Design Optimization of the High-Efficiency Asynchronous Motor Stator Punching Sheets
The article introduces a kind of high-ef-ficiency asynchronous motor stator punching sheet with irregular slot opening,which improves the efficiency of the motor through reducing the height of the stator slot opening.In order to ensure the press plate being able to normally used when embedding wires into the motor slot,avoiding the motor sweeping failure caused by the warping and de-formation of the stator punching sheets at the slot opening,the design of the slot opening and slot shoulder connecting the slot and the slot body are improved while the corre-sponding press plate is also designed to match the shape of the improved slot shoulder.With application of the profiled stator punching sheets,the starting torque and power factor of the motor are effectively improved and the overall perfor-mance is optimized either
