Design of Assembly Tooling for the Rotor and Stator Assembly of a Certain Type of Wheel Hub Outer Rotor Permanent Magnet Motor
Aiming at the special structure of a certain type of wheel hub outer rotor permanent magnet motor,difficulties in the assembly process of the rotor and stator of this type of motor are analyzed and corresponding solutions are put forward.The necessary assembly tooling for the ro-tor and stator assembly is designed out and feasibility of the scheme is verified through the prototype on-site assembling and testing.
