摘要

针对某型机车同步发电机磁极线圈引线头发生断裂的问题,通过原因分析,提出了相应的改进措施,有效改善了磁极线圈引线头的应力水平,避免断裂故障的再次发生.

Abstract

Against problem of the lead head fractures of magnet pole coils in a certain type of locomotive syn-chronous generator,the cause analysis is performed and the corresponding improvement measures are proposed either,to effectively improve the stress level of the lead head,pre-venting recurrence of the fracture failures.
