基于PLC控制的机械滑台设计与仿真验证

为提高机械滑台的控制精度和工作效率,文章提出了一种基于可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)控制的机械滑台设计策略.基于PLC控制的机械滑台系统具有高可靠性、易编程和配置灵活的特点.通过结合某实训车间机械滑台的实际控制要求,分析了其工作原理与控制流程,并进行了PLC编程,解决了机械滑台系统在运行过程中存在的人工误操作、控制精度无法准确测量以及机械结构复杂等问题,实现自动控制功能.最终,通过MELS OFT系列GX Works2软件的仿真,验证了该设计的有效性.
Design and Simulation Verification of the Mechanical Slide Based on PLC Control
To enhance the control precision and work efficiency of the mechanical slide,the paper proposes a design strategy for the mechanical slide based on the Pro-grammable Logic Controller(PLC).The PLC-controlled mechanical slide system is characterized by high reliability,easy programming and flexible configuration.By integrat-ing the actual control requirements of a training workshop's mechanical slide,the working principle and control process are analyzed,PLC programming is carried out to solve is-sues such as manual mal-operation,inaccurate control mea-surement and complex mechanical structures,and automat-ic control function is realized.The design's effectiveness is finally verified through simulation with the MELSOFT series GX Works2 software.
