文章采用自动纵向焊接管制造技术,对1 000 MW水氢氢汽轮发电机定子水冷线圈用焊接不锈钢矩形通水管进行了工艺开发.经验证,自动纵向焊接不锈钢矩形通水管宏观金相、硬度、拉伸性能及晶间腐蚀性能等各项性能指标均符合技术要求.此外,通过试制1 000 MW发电机用定子线圈,验证了通水管的弯形及焊接性能,该通水管密封性良好.验证结果表明,焊接不锈钢矩形通水管在定子线圈中的应用具有可行性.
Development and Verification of Automatic Longitudinal Welding for the Stainless Steel Rectangular Water Pipe
The automatic longitudinal welding pipe manufacturing technology is applied to develop a process for welding stainless steel rectangular water pipes used in the water cooling stator coils of 1 000 MW water-hydro-gen-hydrogen turbine generators in the article.It has been verified that the stainless steel rectangular water pipes welded by means of automatic longitudinal welding meet with technical requirements in fields of macroscopic me-tallographic,hardness,tensile properties,and intergranular corrosion resistance.Additionally,the water pipe's bending and welding performance are validated through the trial production of a 1 000 MW generator of stator coils,thus,the water pipes are well sealed.Verification result shows the feasibility of application of the welded stainless steel rect-angular water pipes into stator coils.
