Cause Analysis of Discrepancies between the Coordinate Measurement and Manual Measurement Data
The paper examines the issue of inconsistent data between coordinate measurement and manual mea-surement in the manufacturing industry.The analysis result is that main factors affecting the results of coordinate mea-surement are the cleanliness of workpieces,material prop-erties,environmental temperature as well as the precision of equipment and measuring tools.
