摘要

文章介绍了铸铝转子中的铸造气孔对鼠笼式电机性能的影响.概述了气孔产生的机理,重点分析了铸铝转子铸造过程中可能导致气孔的多种因素,并提出了相应的工艺改进措施.同时,对工艺过程的控制方法和检测进行了探讨.

Abstract

The article introduces the impacts by the casting porosity of the aluminum rotors on the performance of squirrel cage motors.It outlines the mechanisms of po-rosity formation and analyzes various factors that lead to porosity during the casting process of aluminum rotors while corresponding process improvement measures are proposed.Meanwhile the control methods and testing of the process are also discussed.
