Building a Humanistic Community in Northeast Asia:Connotation,Value and Future
The Northeast Asian Humanities Community is a regional international system formed through humanistic exchanges based on geographic and cultural identities,the core of which lies in humanistic exchanges as a platform,multi-civilization mutual appreciation as its idea,and sincere communication as its goal,so as to realize dialogue and cooperation among different countries;thus lay a foundation of public opinion for regional cooperation in Northeast Asia.The construction of the Northeast Asian Humanities Community has enriched the contemporary connotation of the Northeast Asian Community,and it is an objective requirement for promoting the development of the countries in the region,an important cornerstone for maintaining regional security and stability,and an inevitable choice for promoting the exchange and mutual understanding of civilizations.In practice,it should be promoted multidimensionally at four levels:concept,main body,content,and mode,cultivating a sense of inclusive regional community in concept,insisting on the collective construction of multiple subjects in the region in the main body,strengthening the construction of Northeast Asian cultural subjectivity in the content,and exploring the model of humanistic exchanges between the government and the people in the mode.
