结构参数对环形线性感应电磁泵性能的影响分析

环形线性感应电磁泵(ALIP)是液态金属反应堆中泵送冷却剂的关键驱动设备.在电磁泵的设计和分析中,结构参数是影响电磁泵输出性能的重要因素.为了进一步研究环形线性感应电磁泵结构设计参数对输出性能的影响,首先利用有限元分析软件建立考虑端部效应和环形导电管道影响的环形线性感应电磁泵仿真模型,然后基于模型计算分析了不同齿槽比、流道高度和管道壁厚度对电磁泵的磁密分布、电磁力密度分布和输出电磁力的影响,最后进一步对比分析了不同结构参数下环形线性感应电磁泵的输出特性和效率,研究结果为环形线性感应电磁泵的结构参数优化提供了参考依据.
Influence of structural parameters on performance of annular linear induction electromagnetic pump
Annular linear induction electromagnetic pump(ALIP)is a key drive device for pumping cool-ant in liquid metal reactors.In the design and analysis of the electromagnetic pump,the structural pa-rameters are important factors affecting the output performance of the electromagnetic pump.In order to further study the influence of the structural design parameters of the annular linear induction electromag-netic pump on its output performance.Firstly,the finite element analysis software was used to establish a simulation model of the annular linear induction electromagnetic pump by considering the effect of the end effect and the influence of the annular conductive pipeline,and then,based on this model,the influence of the different gear ratios,the height of the flow channel and the thickness of the pipeline wall on the e-lectromagnetic pump's magnetism density distribution,the electromagnetic density distribution and the output electromagnetic force was analyzed by calculation.Finally,the output characteristics and efficien-cy of the toroidal linear induction electromagnetic pump with different structural parameters were further compared and analyzed,and the results provide a reference basis for the optimization of the structural pa-rameters of the toroidal linear induction electromagnetic pump.
