齿调制作用下转子开槽对永磁电机电磁振动影响

为了研究齿调制作用下转子表面开槽对永磁同步电机电磁振动的影响,以小功率分数槽集中绕组(FSCW)内置永磁同步电机(IPMSM)为研究对象,通过麦克斯韦应力张量法推导径向电磁力波的频率及空间阶数特征.分析齿调制作用在FSCW-IPMSM中将空间高阶电磁力波调制为低阶电磁力波的过程,并给出转子表面开槽在齿调制作用影响下与电磁振动间的联系.研究表明,转子表面开槽结构的改变会使各次谐波磁场发生变化,进而改变以极数阶电磁力波为代表的高阶电磁力波的幅值.在齿调制作用下,这些高阶电磁力波会被调制为幅值较高的低阶电磁力波,并引起不同幅度的低阶振动.然后建立C 型、V型两种不同转子表面开槽结构的 10 极 12 槽FSCW-IPMSM电磁及结构有限元分析模型并进行仿真分析.结果表明,极数阶即 10 阶电磁力波会被调制为2 阶并引起2 阶振动,且两种不同开槽结构间的电磁振动存在着高达 22.1%的差异.最后,在一台10 极12 槽样机上进行振动实验,验证理论与仿真分析结果.
Effect of rotor slotting on electromagnetic vibration of permanent magnet motor under tooth modulation
To study the effect of slotting on the rotor surface under the action of tooth modulation on the e-lectromagnetic vibration of a permanent magnet synchronous motor,the frequency and spatial order char-acteristics of the radial electromagnetic force wave were derived by Maxwell's stress tensor method using low power fractional-slot concentrated-winding(FSCW)interior permanent-magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM)as the object of study.The process of modulation of spatial high-order electromagnetic force waves into low-order electromagnetic force waves by tooth modulation in FSCW-IPMSM was analyzed,and the connection between the rotor surface slotting and electromagnetic vibration under the influence of tooth modulation was given.It is shown that the change in the slotted structure of the rotor surface causes a difference in the magnetic field of each harmonic,which in turn changes the amplitude of the high-order electromagnetic force wave represented by the pole-order electromagnetic force wave.Under the effect of tooth modulation,these high-order electromagnetic force waves were modulated into low-order electromag-netic force waves of higher amplitude and cause low-order vibrations of different amplitudes.A 10-pole,12-slot FSCW-IPMSM electromagnetic and structural finite element analysis model with two different rotor surface slotted structures of C-type and V-type was developed and simulated.The results show that the pole-order,namely,the 10th-order electromagnetic force wave,is modulated to the 2nd order and causes the 2nd-order vibration,and there is a difference of up to 22.1%in the electromagnetic vibration be-tween the two different slotted structures.Finally,vibration experiments were conducted on a 10-pole 12-slot prototype to verify the theoretical and simulation analysis results.
