电网规划是电网建设和发展的一个重要环节，科学的规划对于指导电网建设具有重大指导意义。本文结合福建电网目前实际情况，以福建电网的网络结构、运行方式以及规划建设方向，针对电网规划、输变电工程可研阶段存在的一些问题进行分析，提出解决问题的思路和方法，不断提高工作效率和工作质量。
Abstract
For Grid construction and development, Power System planning is important element. Scientific planning is significant impact on Grid construction. Based on the practical net structure, mode of operation and construction planning direction of Fujian Grid, this paper presents some rational suggestion about Grid planning and power transmission and distribution project to improve network efficiency and the quality of network.
