由于国内环保政策要求,全国范围内火电厂在进行脱硝改造的紧张工作,时间紧任务重。各电厂锅炉情况不同,要求不同,改造方案也需要进行相应的调整。有一类电厂,引风机已经加入了变频调节,通过改造引风机增加出力克服脱硝改造带来的系统参数增加将会使原变频器废弃,间接增大了改造工程的成本,基于此电厂更愿意通过对增压风机改造来克服脱硝增加的阻力。本文将以某电厂改造实例为样板,介绍改造增压风机的参数计算方法,以期为电厂改造提供相应的帮助。
The Parameter Calculation Method for FGD Fan Denitration Rebuild
Due to the requirements of the domestic environmental protection policy, all the power plants in China are doing the denitration rebuild work, which is urgent and tough enough. The rebuild plan should be adjusted according to different situation and requirements from each power plant. There is a kind of power plant which has adopted the frequency conversion adjustment for ID fans, if just rebuild the ID fan to increase output to overcome the system parameter increase arising from denitration rebuild, then the original transducer will be useless, and this case will increase the rebuild cost, base on this consideration, the power plants prefer to rebuild the FGD fan to overcome the resistance increased from denitration. Here this context will take the rebuild sample of a certain power plant as template, to introduce the parameter calculation method for FGD fan rebuild, in order to provide convenience and help to power plant rebuild.
