摘要

针对核电在建项目班组安全异常事件,采用关联图分析法确定班组管理是核电建设项目安全管理的薄弱环节.采用因果图分析法对班组出现异常状态的管理原因进行分析,确定班组安全异常事件发生的七大主要原因.基于七大主要原因建立了核电一线班组安全健康状态诊断模型,通过班组安全健康状态感知、诊断、干预的迭代机制,不断提升班组安全状态,打造零违章安全班组.

Abstract

In allusion to the abnormal team safety events in nuclear power projects under construction,the correlation graph analysis is used to determine that team management is a weak link in the safety management of nuclear power engineering projects.Cause-and-effect diagram analysis method is used to analysis the causes of the abnormal statuses of team management such that seven main reasons for the abnormal events of team safety are determined.Based on seven main reasons,a diagnosis model for the safety and health statuses of the base-line nuclear power teams is established.By the iterated mechanism of team safety and health status perception,diagnosis and intervention of the model,the team safety status has been continuously going up and the zero-violation safety teams are created.
