Operation standardization is an effective measure to achieve the security goals in the field commissioning activities of thermal power plants.Considering the commissioning features of thermal power plants,the commissioning procedure is divided into a series of risk control points,and the operation standardization system is established based on the management of these risk control points.The applicability of the operaiton standardization system is verified in the commissioning of the 6x800 t/h circulating fluidized bed units of a plant.The operation standardization system well settles the issues concerning the deficiency of risk identification and the difficulty in determining prevention and control measures,and improves the accident prevention level in the commissioning of the plant.
