摘要

分析了风电和光伏的出力特性和相关性,进而得到新能源出力的概率模型.根据不同的数据样本,利用最小二乘法作为参数估计方法,计算得到概率分布模型参数.在此基础上,提出新能源出力时序数据重构的方法和数据重构步骤,为清洁能源的有序开发和发电并网提供参考.

Abstract

Analysis is carried out on the output characteristics and the correlation of wind power and photovoltaic power,from which a probability model for new energy output is obtained.Based on different data samples,the least square method is used as the parameter estimation method to calculate the probability distribution model parameters.On this basis,an approach and data reconstruction steps for the reconstruction of new energy output timing sequence data are proposed,which offers reference for the orderly development of clean energy and grid connection of power generation.
