摘要

输电领域现有的均为单轴传动模式,远不满足大档距大吨位力的转移要求.针对上述问题进行研究,提出使用双轴传动省力丝杠替代传统单轴丝杠,提高丝杠受力吨位,以满足超(特)高压线路大档距受力大的绝缘子更换要求.

Abstract

All the existing lead screws in the power transmission field adopt the single-shaft drive mode,which is far from meeting the transfer requirements of large-span and large-tonnage force.In view of such problems,an in-depth research is conducted and proposes to replace the traditional single-shaft lead screw with the double-shaft drive mechanical labor-saving lead screw so as to increase the force tonnage of the lead screw,which meets the replacement requirements of insulators with large span and large force on ultra-high(extra-high)voltage lines.
