Dry-type flexible cable terminals are widely used in 110 kV cable lines.Two types of 110 kV dry-type flexible terminals are introduced respectively about their structural characteristics,including one with the structure of liner tube and the other without.Common issues in the process of installation and hoisting,which may probably lead to defects or faults,are analyzed via typical field cases,and preventive measures are formulated accordingly,which offers reference for the operation,maintenance,elimination,fault analysis and treatment of 110 kV outdoor dry-type flexible cable terminals.
