摘要

为避免出现高压主蒸汽流量计异种钢焊缝失效的问题,针对某电厂发生的高压主蒸汽流量计部位蒸汽泄露事件进行调查、检测,对流量计异种钢焊缝开裂原因进行了深层次的分析,并提出了处理方案,有效消除了流量计异种钢焊缝失效隐患,提高了机组的安全可靠性.

Abstract

To avoid the failures of dissimilar steel welds at the high-pressure main steam flowmeters,an event of steam leakage at the high-pressure main steam flowmeters occurred in a power plant is investigated and detected,and an in-depth analysis on the cracking causes of dissimilar welds proposes a solution to efectively solve the hidden dangers of such weld failures of dissimilar steel flowmeters and improve the safety and reliability of the units.
