摘要
针对电力科研企业危化品安全风险管控中的突出问题,从健全规章制度、构建双预机制、深化教育培训、推进智慧管控、夯实应急处置五个方面,构建基于全生命周期的危化品安全管理体系,提升危化品安全管控水平,推进危化品安全管理数字化转型与智能化升级.
Abstract
In view of the outstanding problems existing in the management of traditional safety risks in hazardous chemicals for electric power research enterprises,a safety management system of hazardous chemicals based on the whole lifecycle is established,with consideration of five aspects concerning improving rules and regulations,building a dual pre-mechanism,deepening education and training,promoting intelligent management and control,and consolidating emergency handling level,so as to enhance the safety control level of hazardous chemicals and to promote the digitalized and intelligent upgrades for the safty managment of hazardous chemicals.
