基层供电所安全管理提升的思考

摘要
针对当前基层供电所在安全管理上存在的一些问题,从安全认识度不高、从业人员素质不高、安全生产责任制未有效落实等方面进行思考和分析,并提出推动安全生产责任制落地、人员素质提升、加强"两票"管理、安全文化建设等措施,有效提升了基层供电所的安全管理.
Abstract
In response to the problems in the current safety management of grassroot power supply stations,several aspects concerning low safety awareness,low quality of employees,and ineffective implementation of safety production responsibility system are thought and analyzed,and the countermeasures such as promoting the implementation of safety production responsibility system,improving the personnel quality,strengthening the"two tickets"management,and building the safety culture are proposed to effectively enhance the safety management of grassroot power supply stations.
