摘要
结合火电厂除尘器的实际运行情况和日常维护经验,查找除尘器脉冲阀缺陷的产生原因并针对性地研制带减震功能的活塞式电磁脉冲阀以及加装可调直流稳压电源,以提升脉冲阀动作的可靠性,消除布袋积灰的安全隐患,提高除尘效率,有效保障了火电机组的运行安全.
Abstract
Based on the actual operation and daily maintenance experience of dust collectors for thermal power plants,the causes of pulse valve defects in dust collectors were identified,and the corresponding piston-type electromagnetic pulse valves with shock absorption function and the installation of adjustable DC voltage stabilizing power supply were carried out so as to improve the reliability of pulse valve operation,eliminate safety hazards of bag dust accumulation,and improve dust removal efficiency,which effectively ensures the operation safety of thermal power units.
