变电站智能巡检机器人关键技术开发
Development of Key Technologies for Intelligent Inspection Robots in Substations

摘要
基于PID、Python-OpenCV等技术设计开发了 一款变电站智能巡检机器人,按照运动与导航、图像匹配度检测、视频实时回传系统三个关键部分进行原理阐述、技术开发、软硬件系统搭建等.相较于其他类型的巡检机器人,该智能巡检机器人在设计中加入了机器人在标定位置拍照并与模板库内标准照片自动对比差异度的功能,可实现异物悬挂或较大形变等异常情况下的自动报警,有效提高了变电站的巡检效率.
Abstract
A kind of intelligent inspection robot was designed and developed for substations based on technologies such as PID and Python OpenCV.The principle,technical development,and the establishment of software and hardware system are described in three key segments,i.e.motion and navigation,image matching detection,and real-time video feedback system.Compared to other types of inspection robots,such an intelligent inspection robot has been designed with the added functions concerning taking photos at a certain calibrated positions and automatically comparing the differences with standard photos in the template library in its design,which is available for automatic alarm in case of abnormal circumstances such as foreign object suspension or significant deformation,and effectively improving the inspection efficiency of substations.
