摘要

针对输变电工程施工作业"交规制"管理不能有效落地的问题,提出了输变电工程施工人员"12分"安全管控方法,并设计了基于这种方法的软硬件系统.该系统可实时计算不同施工区域施工人员平均积分,及时预警人员平均积分越限,保证人员平均积分高于阈值,使安全管理工作更高效、便捷,保障了现场作业的安全.

Abstract

In view of the problem that the"traffic regulations"system for the power transmission and transformation projects are not effectively practised,a"12 points"security control method is proposed for construction personnel in power transmission and transformation projects,and a software and hardware system is designed based on this method.The system enables the realtime calculation of the average points of the construction personnel in various construction regions,and timely warning given to the personnel on their average points exceeding the limits so as to ensure their average points above the thresholds,by which the safety management of onsite activities appears more efficient and convenient and the safety of field operations are under safeguard.
