摘要

火灾是特高压换流站工程投入运行后的一个重大安全隐患.在总结近几年换流站消防火灾问题处理经验的基础上,提出基于物联网技术的消防自动化实时监控全站消防系统.该系统具有全景监控、消防资源管理、物联监控、日常管理、应急处置、消防培训等功能,实现了火灾风险判别监测和火情预警,能够对火情快速定位,辅助提供火情处理决策,系统记录火灾实时数据,为火灾事故溯源提供支撑.

Abstract

Fire is a major safety hazard since a UHV converter station launches its initial operation.Based on summarizing the experience of dealing with fire fighting problems in converter stations in recent years,a fire protection system with fire fighting automation which is available to monitor the station in real time based on the internet-of-things technology is proposed.The system confers the functions such as panoramic monitoring,fire resource management,internet-of-things monitoring,daily management,emergency response and fire protection training,which enables the realtime monitoring of fire risks and fire warnings,the rapid location of a fire,the aid in fire handling decision-making,the systematic record of real-time fire data,and the support in surveying the sources of fire accidents.
