In order to improve the power supply reliability of distribution networks,shorten the external power outage time,and improve the users'perception of electricity consumption,a set of power outage monitoring applications based on data analysis and precise control is established.The applications are based on the convex hull algorithm and the grid-based clustering algorithm of distribution networks.The trial operation results in an area show that the application enables accurate research and judgment,and exact positioning and precise control of distribution networks,effective reduction of the average power outage time of users,aid in improving work efficiency and the foundation for realizing operation quality and efficiency.
