Analyses are carried out on the networking processes and problems in the current distribution network scheduling and maintenance duties,a the process optimization and improvement program is put forward so as to eliminate the invalid time in the process,effectively lessen the external outage time,cut down the number index of households during power outages,reduce the phenomena of delayed power outages and transmissions,and improve the power distribution reliability.
