摘要

在发生火力发电厂汽动给水泵机械密封系统故障时,很可能会造成汽动给水泵跳闸,危及机组安全运行.基于现场一起汽动给水泵机械密封水温度异常升高现象,分析排查故障原因,提出异常处理方法、整改措施及建议,以期为汽动给水泵机械密封水温度异常升高的处理提供参考.

Abstract

Once the mechanical seal system of feed pumps fails in a thermal power plant,it is likely to cause a trip of turbine-driven feed pumps,endangering the safe operation of the units.Based on the abnormal temperature rise of mechanical seal water system in a turbine-driven feed pump of the plant,the failure causes are analyzed,based on which the anomaly handling methods,corrective measures and suggestions are put forward so as to offer reference for the treatment of such an abnormal temperature rise of mechanical sealed water in turbine-driven feed pumps.
