摘要
施工质量对抽水蓄能电站运营的安全可靠性至关重要,通过阐述抽水蓄能电站施工质量目标、管控原则,提出完善质量管理体系、分析临时建筑工程和地质条件、进行施工总体筹划和部署、健全质量监控机制等管控措施,为抽水蓄能电站施工质量的提升提供借鉴.
Abstract
Construction quality is crucial for the operation safety and reliability of pumped storage power stations.Based on the construction quality objectives and control principles for pumped storage power stations described,the corresponding control measures are proposed such as improving the quality management system,analyzing temporary construction projects and geological conditions,perfecting the construction planning and deployment,and promoting the quality monitoring mechanisms,which offers reference for the construction quality enhancement of pumped storage power stations.
