摘要
班组是企业最基本的生产单元,同时也是企业安全管理的最终落脚点.基于企业班组的管理形式,构建出智慧班组管理系统并进行应用,取得了较好的实施效果,从而进一步加强了班组的安全管理,整体提升企业安全管理水平.
Abstract
Team is the most basic production unit of an enterprise,and also the stay point of its safety management.Based on the management form of an enterprise's teams,a smart team management system is built and applied with sound implementation outcomes,which further strengthens the safety management of teams,and comprehensively improves its safety managem levels.
