远程监管模式在水电站安全管理中的应用

摘要
随着越来越多的信息化、数字化手段被应用到水电站的日常安全管理中,水电企业正在逐步淘汰传统的安全监管模式,并转向基于信息化、数字化的远程监管模式.以国家能源集团新疆吉林台水电开发有限公司所属5座水电站为例,通过对远程监管在可视化、作业票、消防等领域的应用进行分析,探讨该模式在水电站实施的创新性和实用性,为水电站转型和信息化提升提供借鉴.
Abstract
With more and more informationization and digitization means being applied to the daily safety management of hydropower stations,hydropower enterprises are gradually phasing out the traditional safety supervision models and transferring to remote supervision modes based on informationization and digitization.Taking the five hydropower stations under National Energy Group Xinjiang Jilin Tai Hydropower Development Co.,Ltd.as an example,analyses are carried out on the application of remote supervision in visualization,work permits,fire protection,and other fields,and studies are conducted on the innovation and practicality of this mode in the implementation of hydropower stations,which offers reference for the transformation and informationized improvement of hydropower stations.
