摘要

伴随着海上风电项目的快速开发,工程总承包模式越来越受到海上风电建设单位的青睐,但该模式下的施工安全问题也日益突出,因此,结合近些年海上风电项目建设的实际经验和行业内的事故教训,对海上风电项目安全风险进行分析,系统性地提出工程总承包模式下项目全过程安全风险管控措施.

Abstract

With the rapid development of offshore wind power projects,the engineering-procurement-construction(EPC)mode is increasingly favored by offshore wind power construction enterprises.However,the safety-related issues in EPC mode has being increasingly prominent.Therefore,combined with the actual experience built up in the construction of offshore wind power projects in recent years and the lessons learned from accidents in the industry,an analysis is carried out on the safety risks of offshore wind power projects,base on which the whole-process safety risk management measures in EPC mode are systematically proposed.
