摘要

针对渤海某油田10 kV电网因一起海缆单相接地故障导致电压互感器C相严重烧毁的事件,对整个事件进行了梳理与还原,结合电压互感器检测试验获取到相关设备的数据,以此为基础对事件的原因进行详细分析,并提出相应的防范措施,以保障设备以及电网的安全稳定运行.

Abstract

In response to a serious phase-C burnout of voltage transformer in a 10 kV power grid of a Bohai oilfield due to a single-phase grounding fault of a submarine cable,the entire event is sorted out and restored.Based on the data obtained from voltage transformer detection tests,the causes of the event are analyzed in detail,and the corresponding preventive measures are proposed to ensure the safe and stable operation of equipment and the power grid.
