摘要

某核电厂大修时发现与除氧器本体连接的多个给水接管焊缝存在缺陷,通过理化检测、焊接设计强度校核、运行工况影响分析及应力分析等逐项评估,查找出缺陷产生原因为运行过程中除氧器上部进水管线存在空管段,在除氧器补水时发生水锤效应,导致除氧器本体振动,接管焊缝处应力过大或超限造成焊缝产生裂纹.

Abstract

During a major overhaul of a nuclear power plant,it was discovered that there were defects in the welds of multiple water supply pipes connected to the deaerator body.By physical and chemical testing,welding design strength verification,analysis on the effects of operating conditions,and stress analysis,it was found that the cause of the defects was an empty pipe segment in the upper water inlet pipeline of the deaerator during its operation,and the water hammer effect occurred during deaerator water replenishment,which caused vibration of the deaerator body and excessive or exceeding stress at the weld joints,and thus resulted in the weld cracks.
