With the social development, the electric power enterprises are expanding production capacity, during which the disadvantages gradually emerge concerning violations in commanding, operation, and labor discipline that often occurs as well as unsafe behaviors. In allusion to the situation, a company adopts the information means to establish an intelligent security control platform, based on which the research and innovation activities are carried out such that an anti-violation management mode based on information technology is built, the rules on operator behaviors are specified, the overall safety responsibility consciousness and safe performance of their duties are enhanced, and the safety management efficiency and management level is improved.
