In allusion to the 100 items of habitual violation for electric power enterprises,including 18 items involve behavior violations relevant to power distribution overhauls,3 device violations and 5 administrative violations,the total quality control(TQC)analysis method is adopted to analyze the six dimensions of"personnel,machine,material,method,environment and measurement"so as to offer reference for the safety of power distribution overhauls.
