摘要

研究设计了一种基于射频识别(rodio frequrency identification,RFID)的水轮发电机励磁碳刷温度在线监测系统,采用在碳刷刷握处安装RFID测温标签的方式,实时监测碳刷的工作温度,实现在人机界面上直观显示温度,并可以设置温度阈值进行报警.在水轮发电机实际运行环境下对该系统进行了现场测试,其能够实现碳刷温度的连续在线监测,且测温精度高、报警快速,为水电站实现关键设备的状态监测与故障预警提供了有效手段.

Abstract

Anonline temperature monitoring system for excitation carbon brush of water turbines based on radio frequrency identification(RFID)is studied and designed.The system utilizes an RFID temperature measurement chip installed inside the carbon brush holder for monitoring the working temperature of carbon brush in real time,which enables to visually display the temperature change curves and set the temperature thresholds for alarm.The system has been tested onsite in the actual operating environment of the water turbines,and it is verified available for continuous online temperature monitoring of carbon brush with high temperature measurement accuracy and fast alarms,which offers an effective means for the condition monitoring and fault alarming of key equipment in hydropower stations.
