摘要

为进一步保障水电站的生产运营安全,从成立组织机构、明确责任、建立制度、全员参与以及运行考核等方面阐述了水电站安全风险分级管控的基本要求,并以某水电站为例,基于其生产数据要素分析提出了确定风险点、辨识危险源、风险管控、隐患排查治理等方面具体的管控对策.

Abstract

To further guarantee the production and operation safety of hydropower stations,the elementary requirements on hierarchical control of safety risks for hydropower stations are specified concerning setting up an organization,defining the responsibilities,establishing the management system,all-staff participation,and operation assessment,etc.Taking a hydropower station as an example,the specific control countermeasures put forward based on its production data elements cover confirming risk points,identifying hazard sources,hierarchical control,hidden danger investigation and management,and so on.
