Violation is the source of an accident,and the illegal behaviors of electric power operators are the primal factors causing safety accidents for power grid enterprises.In combination with the job property and features of electric power operators,analyses are conducted on the causes of illegal behaviors from a psychological perspective as well as the theoretical basis that the violation psychology of power operators exists with its specific expression forms listed and its inherent causes studied,based on which the precautions are proposed so as to reduce violations.
