摘要

变桨系统工作异常是引起风电机组倒塔的重要因素之一.通过对某倒塔风机从现场踏勘、资料查阅、技术分析等方面开展分析,得出风机倒塔原因为变桨系统后备电源故障,未正常执行收桨指令,导致风机超速,最终引起风机倒塔.从风机控制逻辑、技术防范、设备及管理方面,提出避免类似事故的措施和建议,为风电机组安全运行和改造提供借鉴.

Abstract

Abnormal operation of a variable pitch system is one of the essential factors causing wind turbine tower collapses.Analysis on a collapsed wind turbine tower carried out in terms of field survey,data review,technical analysis and other aspects concludes that the wind turbine tower collapse is due to the backup power failure of the variable pitch system failing to normally implementing the blade withdrawal instructions which brings about overspeed of the blades and ultimately leads to the tower collapse.The measures and suggestions to avoid such accidents are put forward concerning wind turbine logic,technical precautions,equipment and management,which offers reference for the safe operation and transformation of wind turbines.
